Process is very lengthy, it involves numerous tests and several interviews. Uline knows exactly what it’s looking for and they ask the same thing over and over again with different approaches.
The interviews can be long and tedious, people working there know they have it made so they can be a little pedantic
make you fill out several tests, for a 2 min interview with a hiring manager, who already knows if hes gonna hire you or not without saying a word. very strange way of hiring people
Simple and easy! Prepare the general questions such as why choose to work for uline? I suggest researching the core values of the company and what its goals are. Good luck!

Quick and a lot of assessments. After the four assessments taken before there was an additional two when I arrived to the facility. Then it was a few questions for the interview but it was not as long as I thought it would be.
