I received a call from Uline's HR on a Wednesday to set up a Microsoft Teams interview with a Recruiter for six days later. I was given four assessments I had to complete prior to the interview: a written exam, two personality exams, and a sales/customer service exam (heavily focused on sales though). The written exam was to test the ability to shorten a provided paragraph into a clear and concise "statement/list". The personality exams were general and quite extensive, but nothing out of the ordinary. As for the sales exam, it was oddly focused on specific sales questions and terminology though the role I interviewed for was nothing to do with sales. My interview with the recruiter the following week went well, generally speaking. It was a basic review of my resume, past professional experiences, education, etc. The woman I spoke with was kind and made the interview more relaxed, but she didn't really seem too interested in what I was saying. She mainly focused on taking notes, which to be fair is pretty much the point of this type of interview. At the end of the interview, she said that she would pass my information on to the department and keep in touch. Three days after the interview, I received a generic thank you for your interest, but unfortunately.... email. I'm not too disappointed as the more I looked at reviews from former and current employees I knew going in that this was not going to be the place for me. This experience was good for practising interview skills though.

Absolutely terrible. They made you take like 3 exams like you’re applying to be CEO and interview with 3 different people separately. I’ve never hated an interview this much. Was no longer interested after.
