About 5 candidates and myself were escorted into a room and we were tested on 2 things. The first was a test that had you compare numbers to each other. If you're dyslexic don't bother taking the test. They tell you that they expect you to finish at least half way through the test in the time allotted. I finished more than half way. I use to work in banking and I know I did well on the test. The next test was sequencing. I tutor Algebra so I was more than ready for this text. Again they expected you to go more than half way through the test in the allotted time, which I did. Be ready for easy sequences like 3,6,9,12... 1,3,4,6,7,9... So they won't tell you how you did on the test. I had a junior HR person interview me. She asked when I could start and didn't probe me regarding any of my ability. I asked when I would know if I got the job and she told me in about a week. Sure enough exactly to the day I received a thank you but you were not picked for the job. I 'm not sure why I didn't get the job, I have over 7 years customer service experience. I don't know if they check your credit. But I have a security freeze on mine. So they would have to ask me to unfreeze it. I'm not sure if it's because I'm an older worker. But I did wear a dress too because everyone there does. I'm sure I'd be better than most of their workers and smarter too, I have no idea why I was turned away.

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
