Got a call from a coordinator to set up a phone screening with a recruiter.
They asked me to first take an online test thing which took me forever to finish and the questions there focused more on retail related things.
They did not ask anything about technical skills, which surprised me .
Straight forward and an average interview process. I went in unprepared but anyone that had some time to prep would have done well. They don't do anything special besides have a normal interview.

Super corporate vibes off the bat. Had me doing basic math quizzes, basic intelligence tests, etc. Interviewer was online, but I had to show up in person...? Super basic interview, asked me about school, classes, projects, why us, etc

2 rounds of interviews. First was walk through resume. Second was more in depth about projects I have on my resume. It may differ depending on how you apply. I applied through handshake.
