could be the worst interview process I have ever had, this was sent to me As part of the Uline interview process. we have asked that you complete a set of four assessments. "These assessments were sent to you by email, and need to be completed prior to your interview. As of now they have not yet been completed." At this point I have had a short interview and was told to get these done on my own. My next interview was for Tuesday next week and this email was sent to me two days after the first interview? Rushing me to do two hours of assessments, before I even know what the job pays? If you are hiring sales people this is a huge red flag for micromanagement, which from the other reviews is apparently a problem. I stopped the process right then and said I wasn't interested. It's very surprising this would be standard process and its not hard to see why Uline is having trouble hiring, as I have seen the same jobs posted for years over and over. Get a grip you sell shipping supplies not brain scanners.

someone very under qualified asked me random crap.
Started with tests about sales that took a couple hours, and then once that was completed they followed up with a behavioral interview via phone call to screen candidates on their resume, experience and skill set.

Horrible Bosses, You're simply another number to cut off once they figure out they can save money by loading more work onto your coworker. Job security is not a thing you'd get here

You can't ask about the Job culture as that's "Not" work-related
Multiple steps with various interviewers and managers. Consists of completing a mind game accurately in order to move to the next step. The final assessment is a ride along with a current rep to see what the day entails.
