Submitted Resume, Face to Face meeting, filled out company application, took a short test. There were 2 tests. They were both time limited to 4 minutes. They included matching questions and sequence matching. They strongly suggested that both time and accuracy were important, but emphasized to try and get through as many as possible. Afterwards you meet with an HR person, not a memorable meeting, it was quick and felt like my interview was a waste of their time. Seemed is if the position was already filled. Face to face interviews are rare, I'm a good fit for the company although they did not dive in to see if there was another position that would have been a good fit.
