Applied online and received a call for an on-site interview. Asked to do a Microsoft, Excel and Access and typing test. Followed by a skills test with basic addition and multiplication quiz which was timed. After there were two interviews. If they like you, they call you back for an interview with the controller. Response within 2 weeks. Whole process took 1 month.
