Then a skills test that was absolutely irrelevant to the role, testing your memory for physics and calculus equations rather than actual IQ or problem solving skills. Although i passed this stage i was really horrified at this useless assesment which probably eliminates really good candidates. Then the HR interview seemed really unprepared and unprofessional, felt like they were still learning how to conduct one.
