The interview process was setup in rounds. I had the initial chat with a very nice recruitment person, who helped me highlight what skills I had which overlapped with what was needed for the role. When moving to the actual interview, I was met by two rather stoic individuals. Rather than discuss anything about my experience or questions about the tasks, all questions were focused on how comfortable I am with working with diversity like transgender and non-CIS individuals, They were also interested in how I handle conflict and bullying in the work place because of a persons diversity. It made the role sound more like a lunch time children's warden that a career helping to create great games.
