1st step is to pass the coding round, where there are 3 debugging and 3 code to write. And 2nd is english communication round. And 3rd is technical and HR round. They won't give job that easily after you pass all these rounds. They will say, there will be a a 6 months or less training without pay. And they will say that there will be a sample test which is just for practice, but actually it is very important and also very difficult. Whoever passed this test, they start their life job directly without unpaid training. But they are full time employee and 2 months they have to get trained in main office in Trivandrum. Overall the entire process takes a lot of time.
