A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked to have a short phone call to discuss the position. She went over what the job entails and asked about my professional background. She said I was a good fit and asked if I was interested in scheduling an interview with the manager that I would be reporting to. Three days later I had a virtual interview with the supervisor. She asked me about my background in insurance and said great things about working for USI. After two days, I got a call from the recruiter offering me the position. I then received an email with my official offer letter and request for a background check. My background check was completed in about 3-4 business days.

I am currently interviewing for the CLAM position in the condo/hab team. The first interview was with a talent acquisition specialist, Lorna, who was fabulous. She was very pleasant and thorough, She called me back about 3 days later to set up a second-round interview. They seem to be quickly.
