It's a group interview with 10 or so people. They say they can only hire 6, but apparently, they hired everyone. Then they begin to talk about the company with promises of big checks, and company growth. Everyone is overly optimistic and eager. It was in a small conference room. After the interview a couple hours later you'll get a call and email saying you've been selected for the position and you'll begin next morning.

You apply, a recruiter will contact you the same day or the following day, will schedule an interview the next day. They don't tell you is a group interview. It's door-to-door, they say it's not sales and that it's "Direct Marketing" but when you're knocking people's doors trying to get them to sign up with your services makes it sales You only get the base pay if you get people to signup with you. They reduce people's bills who have Con Edison. So basically is commission only, unless you're good with signing people up
