The recruiter did not seem familiar with the steps involved in the hiring process and was unable to answer basic questions about timelines, expectations, or next steps. This created confusion and uncertainty on my part. Additionally, there was no structured communication, and I often felt left in the dark about what to expect. I emailed the recruiter, but I didn't hear back until 3 weeks later when I received the rejection email. I expected a more organized and transparent process from a fellow recruiter.
