Basic questions asked by condescending interviewers. Wasn't a welcoming experience and they seemed like they did not want to be there interviewing me, as if I was a burden on their time.

Tell us about a time when you had to de-escalate a situation and how did you do it? Did you fail?
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
