The interview process was pretty easy and they asked the usual questions. Most of the questions were leading and pushed that this is a sales-focused company. They kept asking questions related to pushing products and being a team player. How well did you take criticism and how much initiative did you have when given instruction? It leads me to believe they want you to be at their beck and call without voicing any opinion that goes against the status quo.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
