Interview process was pretty average for today's day and age. You apply and then will get sent as assessment. Depending on assessment you may get an initial phone screening. If they move forward you will have 2-3 more additional interviews.

it is a 3 part interview - they will ask why USAA just do your research and be prepared to answer . Also you would have to sell a pen?
