Interview process consisted of filling out a profile, submitting resume, assessment, phone interview, then manager interview. Working with the recruiter has been the best experience by far, and they are helpful with any questions or concerns you have. The process took about a month and they get back to you quick if you get hired. I was notified a day after the interview just make sure to email a thank you letter to recruiter after manager interview and they will respond in a timely matter.
The phone interview will be a few general questions just google top 10 most asked interview questions and that's what the phone interview consist of, and for the manager interview make sure to read the job description, act professional, and try to be some what personable with the manager because the manager wanted it to be professional but not robotic like most interviews i usually go into. They ask ALOT of scenario based questions and go in their with with a few examples of time you stood out at your job and really helped someone out and provided great customer.

Describe how you would deal with a disgruntled customer?
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
