Cumbersome and arbitrary. If you are an external interview you'll be heavily favored. The interview guides are from the 1990s. The questions are situation and behavior based. Just make sure you have an answer to every question so they can fill their forms out.

Great and thorough interview process. They asked the questions applicable to the role and shared the teams goals. I met with the applicable people on the team to judge if it would be a good fit for me.
