I had two rounds of interviews. One included a phone interview with HR and an in person interview. I received an offer a few days later, then had to undergo a background check.
The interview was virtual and generally interacting. The recruiters were very knowledgeable and asked smart questions. It is essential to know about the said company and its culture. I had to learn more about the company.
Quick discussion with HR. interviewed with 2 people after over skype manager in my area and other manager from QA over Zoom. Not long mainly focused on experience, but it appears common you will at least interview with two people after HR call.

Questions on why you choose USAA and direct experience examples of AML. Asked about previous experience and how this will relate to the banking industry. I have military experience and this is difficult to translate into a banking institution.
