Two round interview process. Round 1 was done at school and Round 2 was on site at the USAA headquarters. Round 2 consisted of two interviews. The first was a standard one-on-one interview and the second was a case-based interview with four other operations intern applicants.

Very standard interview questions. Walk me through your resume, why USAA, and a series of behavior-based questions. Group case interview was an assessment of how you work on a team and also a behavior assessment. Nothing like a consulting case.
