Gave resume to recruiter at university career fair. Recieved phone call and invitation to dinner same day. Met next day for interview on my university campus. One week later received invitaiton to onsite interivew in San Antonio. In San Antonio first night had dinner with other students and managers/recruiters. Spent the entire next day on USAA campus, received tour and had a 45 minute interview, along with briefings on the benefits packages and different departments. Received offer within 1 week of onsite interview.

I'm a Computer Science major and applying for development type positions. None of the interviews asked any coding questions. The questions were general design questions and logic/math questions. None were difficult. The interviewers were very friendly.

Single round of interviews, two simple technical questions - pseudocode and high level architecture only. Handful of questions about personal/professional interests, values, etc. The interview took less than an hour
