The process was very structured with set times for every on-site event. The campus was huge and saw about 1/3 of it prior to the interviews. The employees were very passionate about the work they were doing for the military and veterans. Many of the interviewers had been with the company over 10 years. The initial offer came in 2 business days after the on-site but was too low compared to companies only an hour away in the Austin area. I received an offer from another company the same day and tried to renegotiate with USAA but they couldn't compete so I declined.
