I applied online through their career site. It was fairly easy to navigate. After that I was emailed details on completing an assesment. I believe I did well because I was set up for a phone interview with a member of HR. The representative was very friendly and asked me some behavioral questions. We also went over compensation. I am now due to have a face to face interview next week.

Tell me a time when you had to sell a product to a customer that had objected to a product your were trying to sell them?
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
