first they interviewed me 1:1 at my campus career center. after that, they take all the 2nd round interviewees on-site at their headquarters in San Antonio, TX. There, it's like a 2 day event, with a networking dinner, campus tour (their headquarters is as big as a small college campus). Then, you interview with upper level personnel, and they let me know a couple of weeks after that that I got the offer.
