The initial interview consisted of a phone interview with a recruiter. She explained the position, training requirement, and background about the company. She asked me to share a little about myself and then asked a few behavioral questions. She moved me forward in the interview process right away and I met with two hiring managers. The in-person interview was a great experience and I enjoyed the process. The hiring managers followed a similar format as the recruiter but asked more behavioral (STAR METHOD) questions. They are looking for you to answer the questions directly and help them understand how you would qualify for the position based on your background. If you study the STAR method and know your success stories going into the interview you should not have a problem.
