Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en USAA (Phoenix, AZ) en ene 2016
Entrevista
I interviewed in January 2016. I received an email to complete an online assessment and from there I received a notice for a phone interview a day or two later. I spoke with the recruiter who was very knowledgeable about the job and what strong suits I should emphasize in my interview. I went in two days later for the drug test, start to the background and the in person interview. I really felt at ease with the interviewer (one in person and one via phone). They asked me about my experience, goals that I had, strong suits and capabilities and work ethic. I then received a conditional offer for employment. The process was lengthy time wise to hear back, but I am so grateful for the job and opportunity. The interview itself was great, just be patient on hearing back. I realized that it wasn't terrible that it took forever to hear back.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
