The initial contact was made by a hired recruiter. She was a very energetic lady that I resonated with right away. We spoke on the phone for an informal phone interview and then met at a nearby Starbucks for a face to face interview. She represented the company in a way that was very intriguing for me and I immediately wanted to move forward after researching US Rigging further. I was told it was under relatively new ownership with 50% growth in the last 5 years. They were looking for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset who could come in hit the ground running and drive change. The next step were 2 panel interviews including the Owner, Operations manager, and 2 other key staff members. For a small company they were extremely selective in their hiring process. To say the least based on what I was told throughout the interview process and some of my own research, I was thrilled when I received and offer.
