I took the test in Jan 2015. I applied for this position in July and got an interview in Oct 17. On Oct 18 I got the conditional offer in which I accepted. I did my fingerprints on 12/30. We were told we'd be put on the pay role Jan 2, 2016 and have orientation on Jan 4, 2016. However they put me in a plant 2 hours aways from me and my tour starts at 3pm. The interview was just him telling me about the job no major questions at all. I also accepted the PSE-SSDA postion so when I get the fingerprint email I am going to switch because 2 hours to travel is hectic.

Applied online got a conditional offer a few weeks later. No interview as of yet. The process was really simple . Had to fill out additional i formation for background check and have to to get fingerprinted.

It is very straightforward, first, you will get an email that you will accept or decline the offer, then you have to get fingerprinted and meet about the roles and responsibilities.

There was no proper interview, they brought us in to fill out some documents, to get fingerprinted, and to select our desired shift with no promise of getting that position.
