Entire process took about 3 weeks. Applied online and then about a week later went in and took the assessment test, found out had passing test score later that same day. Then another week went by and got invited to Interview. At interview simply filled out more paperwork and awaited for my name to be called to come in for 1 on 1 interview. Basic interview questions, nothing complicated. Interviewer then asked me to carry the sample mailbag they had to show that could handle carrying it; mailbag has some weight to it but nothing overwhelming. Less than a week later after interview received job offer.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
