board of nine managers in an hour long interview. Follow up with a three manager panel. Intense questioning on past achievements, knowledge, skills and abilities. Questions about knowledge of the company and the company's mission.
Very simple and fun. It was a mass hiring though. It seemed as if everyone was hired. Pretty much just asked why you want employment with them, then everyone talked about themselves. Lasted 10 minutes.

She was very professional, honest and friendly. She gave me pointers, and advise. I was approved the job then and there with a few more things to do before I could work.
