Skills test at centennial which test aptitude and accuracy. Then a week later a formal interview at the main facility. After that there is a couple weeks of paid training and testing of driving. After that there is a 90 day probationary period

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
