Entrevista
First you need to score high enough on the exam to get called in for a group orientation. You will sit in a large room with many other people and management will explain the basic duties/expectations of the job. They will NOT be honest with you about the number of hours you will work. At no time will you be told that you are going to work 7 days a week. After the group orientation, you are interviewed individually by various supervisors. The whole orientation/interview lasts a few hours.

Straight forward explanation of the role requirements and question as to whether the role interests you. You’re given a chance to ask any questions you have about the role and compensation.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
