None. Filled out the application and did the questionnaire. 12 days later, I got an email for a conditional job offer. They sent an email for a background check 2 days later. Ended up turning it down to work in the mortgage industry.

Applied online got a conditional offer a few weeks later. No interview as of yet. The process was really simple . Had to fill out additional i formation for background check and have to to get fingerprinted.
