Group interview with about 6 or 7 others. To be considered, you need to pass the postal exam. The test was scheduled pretty quickly. After the exam, apply online for a particular position/branch location. The branch will email you an invitation to attend the interview with directions and a time.

I never had an interview I went to get my fingerprints done and they informed me that someone would get back to me to schedule me for academy. Academy lasted one week and was largely useless.

The interview was very short, not really much of an interview at all, actually. Moreso just to check if I had a pulse and was breathing. I could tell it was just to get a body in the room.

It was an easy one on one interview. Asked basic questions. Will use scare tactics on you during interview. Post Master was really nice but i felt like it was just a facade. All in all, it was a very very good experience.
