Casual and relaxed. It was a 1:1 interview process. The hiring person was friendly and welcoming so I didn't feel nervous. He answered questions and mostly asked yes/no questions. It was no more than 15 minutes long.

Are you able to work with no guaranteed schedule or hours?
I never had an interview I went to get my fingerprints done and they informed me that someone would get back to me to schedule me for academy. Academy lasted one week and was largely useless.

The interview was very short, not really much of an interview at all, actually. Moreso just to check if I had a pulse and was breathing. I could tell it was just to get a body in the room.

It was an easy one on one interview. Asked basic questions. Will use scare tactics on you during interview. Post Master was really nice but i felt like it was just a facade. All in all, it was a very very good experience.
