I walked in, filled out a paper application, and then was invited to interview the following day. I interviewed with the GM, it was a Pleasant yet professional conversation. He also asked fun questions such as, "What's Your Favorite Movie?" And "If you could take any 3 people on a road trip, who would it be?". I thought those were really fun questions to answer, it really helped lighten up the interview and get rid of nervousness/tension. I felt I was fairly assessed and given an adequate chance to demonstrate my fitness for the role.
