Entrevista
First, get selected as an officer, via Naval Academy, NROTC, or post-college graduation officer candidate school (see a recruiter). You'll have to have done very well in school and be in great physical condition, and have an aptitude for aviation (per a written aptitude test). This will hopefully get you selected for U.S. Navy flight school. THEN, study hard, be mature and tolerant of stress, treat every day/flight like a final exam, then you'll graduate and earn your Naval Aviator flight wings

Entrevista
For me, the interview process was simply to become a Naval Officer candidate (midshipman). Once I was accepted, then I was screened to become a Naval Aviator. There's little similarity between a civilian interview and the decision to select a midshipman. By having good grades, no questionable actions (drug convictions, arrests, etc.), and strong motivation, I was able to become a midshipman. The process of being selected for aviation is based primarily on needs of the Navy.
The hiring process is a little different than other companies, but overall the same concept. You need a Bachelor's Degree, and have to apply. You will interview with a recruiter who will talk to you about the opportunities available. He will rate your interview and will submit his review up the chain of command. Your review will then be amongst others and ranked. Then as slots become available, you will be offered a position contingent upon successfully completing Officer Candidate School (OCS).
