Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Denver, CO) en sept 2025
Entrevista
Around five days after applying, received an email offering 1 of 2 times during the coming week. Interview was through Teams. The interviewers were cordial. They described general job responsibilities to make sure I had understood what the job would generally entail and then confirmed if I was still interested. The whole meeting was ~30 minutes. The first 15-20 minutes the interviewer spoke mostly. Speaking with the interviewers led them to recommend or not recommend you to HR, which decision they seemed to make quickly following the interview.

Entrevista
Interviews are generally conducted by two first line supervisors. There is only one interview. The interview process is pretty straightforward. Initial questions about your background and future goals. Additional questions include hypotheticals and perhaps a cross examination based on a short fact pattern. The division has direct hire authority, so decisions generally do not take long. They will want to speak to your current employer. The longest is awaiting the security clearance process, which could take 4-6 months.
