It was smooth and easy. The interviewer was prepared and engaged. They were clear about the job and expectations that were sought. Overall a positive experience and one of the easier interviews I've had. I accepted excitement and did not regret it.

There are many different groups in the area so the interview process varies by group. Typically there is a phone interview. If the phone interview goes well, there is an in person interview and you get the chance to talk with everyone in the office.

You have to get through the HR screening process to even get to interview with the hiring manager. Vets get bonus points and priority when applying. Usually the supervisor who you will be working under and someone from HR will interview you.
