The hiring process involved an initial phone call by the supervisor to let me know that I had been selected for a follow up interview. The initial call was designed to set up an appropriate time for a more in-depth interview in a couple days. After setting up a time and day, the supervisor and I went through a verbal interview process over the phone, since we were in two different states.

Entrevista
I got hired at the US Forest Service hiring event in Wenatchee, WA. Went around to several tables and interviewed with different guys. Went up the Entiat guys and chatted about what I am looking for in a crew and what they are looking for. We matched up well and they hired me on the spot!
