It was over the phone and only 4 questions. I had to describe a different work experience for each question. One about resolving a conflict at work, one about an effective change I'd made at work, and two more along those lines that I don't specifically recall.

Combining 2 interviews at different locations...Standard BBI questions, STAR method answers. First interview had 2 panel members who asked 6 questions in total. Second interview also had 2 panel members but they only asked 3 questions.

2. Describe a situation in which you assisted a customer or client. What level of contact did you have with them? What specific action did you take to assist the customer or the client, and what were the results?
3. Tell me about a time you had to use your written communication skills to get a point across pause dictation. What did you do, how did this work, and what was the outcome?
4. Describe a time when you did not agree on a solution to a problem with a member of your team. How did you overcome the disagreement and achieve resolution?
5. Describe a time when you were given a problem to resolve. What was the problem? How did you analyze the issue? Which steps did you take to resolve the issue and what was the outcome?
6. Please share an example of when you had to shift priorities quickly. How did you handle the situation? What steps did you take and what was the outcome?
7. Please share an example of when you had a success or failure that impacted an ICAM project you were involved in; how did you handle the situation. What was the outcome and what did you learn from this situation?
8. Have you ever had a key stakeholder push back on a deliverable timeline for other aspects of a project? How did you communicate? What was your solution and what was the resolution?
