There was only one interview, a panel of 3 people, each asking Behavioral Based Questions. The questions are difficult to answer because you have to come up with specific examples.

The questions are not predictable and you can really feel put on the spot. If you are lucky, you may get someone nice enough to give you the questions 10 minutes prior to the interview. Just be prepared with different scenarios to address, such as name a time when you had a conflict and how did you handle it?

Entrevista
Interview was held via Microsoft Teams and was alloted for 45 minutes. It was a 3 panel board and the SMART model process used. The interview questions were not hard to answer and they repeated the question if you needed to take more time to answer.

The interview process was behavioral based questions, which weren't too hard to answer. I just haven't heard anything in 4 weeks and starting to get concerned. I heard that the process takes quite some time so the best I can do is wait.
