I got an phone screening interview three days after I submitted online application. The interview process was very unprofessional. The interviewer, who was supposed to interview me, was 10 minutes late. During the interview, she was quite rude interrupting my detailed replying to her questions and demanding me to directly give her a short answer, as she was short of time and needed to join a meeting soon. She even asked me what was my acceptable salary range, and I told her that the posted salary in the job was acceptable to me, but she insisted that I should report a range rather than just a single number, and she gave a lengthy, minute-long emotional explanation regarding why an applicant should tell her the expected salary range, blah blah... while I could not interpose, just remaining silent and listening to her lecturing. What a waste of my time!
