Basic training and Advanced Individual Training. Once complete, you are transferred to a "real" Army unit. You can't be fired and there is no real interview process. There is a record review, followed by an one on one interview with officer in charge and SGM. Staff will analyze your character and ask questions on leadership and how you handle different situations
