Years of dedicated hard work as an Enlisted member. Find a mentor that is an currently serving as a Warrant Officer. Have them mentor and guide your packet submission. Complete all required additional officer courses. Complete follow on assignments successfully and submit DA Board packet for review to advance to next rank.
