The interview was for an in-house promotion within the organization. The posting was only for current members of the organization with 5-8 years of experience. There was only one, in-person interview and the results were posted a couple of weeks after the conclusion of all interviews. Eligible candidates were notified in person of the outcome and explained the reason for the decision.

Board interview, 3 people on the board and they asked 3-5 questions each. All were very easy, mostly personal not a lot of technical questions.
