Appearance, conduct, and career also are used by the three board members to gauge the candidate.

Interviews are easy as long as your OERs are good. The AIM marketplace is a sham though. Total facade. You need to have a personal connection and voco before you try to match on AIM.

Was a nervous experience but something anybody can do. Its just a matter of preparing for it. Remain calm and collected , it worked. Being able to remain calm, helped a lot.
