Two interviews- 1 phone and 1 inperson. In person was a 3 person panel of equivalent or higher grade managers in the organization. They rotated through 15 pre-defined questions and each provided a numeric score in some way to the organizer.

Quick interview with a recruiter, it took a month to officially swear in and join and wait for training. Recruiters were very friendly in assisting me with the whole process. They secured me a job I was not qualified for according to their ASVAB.
