Intense. You can select from either a 2-4 year ROTC program at a college/university, apply for an appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy, or apply for selection into Officer Training School if you already have a 4-year degree complete. Your interview process is your ability to pass fitness standards, security clearance requirements, academic and leadership evaluations in one of the three training programs mentioned above. Good luck!
