Applied for position at local Air Force recruiter. At the time, I really didn't know or understand what I was looking for in the Air Force. Process was very easy, went to nearest MEPs to take ASVAB and all physical requirements needed. Applied in Aug, no positions were open at the time. I went into a delayed entry program (DEP) until Jan when a position opened and I was then sent to Basic Training.
